Functional Properties
TNF, a proinflammatory cytokine that is produced by white blood cells(monocytes and macrophages), has an antineoplastic effect but causes inflammation(as in rheumatoid arthritis).
Our company’s Anti-human TNF-α mAb specifically binds to TNF, it does not affect the TNF-α receptor interaction. It is widely used in ELISA AND WB test for monitoring TNF, and can be used as a scientific research reagent in the study of inflammatory disease of rheumatoid arthritis.
