Description
Mycobacterium tuberculosis ESAT6-CFP10 Protein (ROP-TB) is a modification of ESAT6 and CFP10, which can be used as an effective lymphocyte antigen, and the stimulation effect is better than ESAT6 and CFP10 fusion recombinant protein.
The immune response of tuberculosis infection is mainly cell-mediated immunity. As part of the immune response, T cells are sensitized by the stimulation of tuberculosis antigen, forming activated memory T cells, which exist for a long time. T cells stimulated by TB antigen will produce IFN- γ, which can be captured by a monoclonal antibody coated in a PVDF membrane. The captured cytokines can continue to bind to the biotin-labeled detection antibody, which in turn binds to the avidin-labeled enzyme, and the substrate/chromogenic solution is added for chromogenic development. Blue-purple spots appear at the bottom of the pore, and a spot represents a T cell producing cytokines.
Expected Usage
This product is used to qualitatively detect the specific T cell immune response to mycobacterium tuberculosis in fresh peripheral venous anticoagulation in vitro, which is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of tuberculosis.
