Description
Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors caused by HIGH-RISK HPV. HPV infection is the primary and initial factors resulting in Cervical cancer, HPV16 and HPV18 are the major types.
Memory T lymphocyte is produced with long-term when Humans infected with (HPV). T cells stimulated by HPV antigen will produce IFN- γ, which can be captured by a monoclonal antibody coated in a PVDF membrane. The captured cytokines can continue to bind to the biotin-labeled detection antibody, which in turn binds to the avidin-labeled enzyme, and the substrate/chromogenic solution is added for chromogenic development. Blue-purple spots appear at the bottom of the pore, and a spot represents a T cell producing cytokines.
Expected Usage
This product is used to qualitatively detect the specific T cell immune response to HPV in fresh peripheral venous anticoagulation in vitro, which is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of HPV.
